Scholars' Breakfast

The Scholars' Breakfast is for all those students who are taking a scholarship paper in one or more subjects this year.
We encourage them to make the most of this opportunity which acknowledges and celebrates our special group of academic achievers and hope that parents will join them to show support for their sons in their academic endeavours.

As well as enjoying a cooked breakfast together, you will be able to listen to our guest speaker who has been in your shoes. Westlaker Sam Viskovich left in 2011, having juggled sport with his academics at school and beyond. Sam was the recipient of several scholarships, the John Drake Memorial Scholarship, Kelliher Economics Scholarship, and PwC Scholarship and attended the University of Auckland to study a conjoint  BCom/BA. Sam has gone on to a great career in the tech world and is well qualified to talk to our students, hopefully inspiring them as to what is possible with some hard work and chasing their own dream. Come and hear his story.
